I'm Shawon Morshed. I build scalable systems and lead engineering teams from Bangladesh.

My journey into programming started out of a deep curiosity for how large scale software works. Today, I lead development teams, architect microservices, and deploy zero-downtime cloud services. I design solutions that bridge complex backend microservices, clean API layers, and highly interactive user experiences.

Currently, I work as a Development Team Lead at Embedded Logic Operations (ELO). I lead a cross-functional engineering team, establishing agile methodologies, automating deployments, and reviewing code quality.

Outside of code, I am passionate about exploring AI integration — building RAG systems, creating MCP servers, and leveraging agentic coding paradigms to multiply team output. I believe in clean code, continuous learning, and driving tech solutions that deliver real-world business value.
